**PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE COACH REGISTRATION FORMS** ALL COACHES MUST FILL OUT A COACH REGISTRATION FORM EACH SEASON.  YES, EVEN IF YOU COACHED IN ANOTHER SEASON...THANKS!

We will hold a F license clinic for the spring 2011 season in January or February.

You can contact the state office at office@mysa.org or 636-947-8442 to see if you are in the coaches database. If you have a copy of your license but it does not have a number on it you will need to fax it to the state office at 636-947-7626 so they can assign a number to it. Please put your address, birth date and phone number in the upper corner of the page so they can enter the proper data into the file.  If you do not have a copy or it is not in the master state file you will have to take the class over again.

WHERE WILL YOU PRACTICE?  Please inform RPSC Divison Managers of your practice days/times! NOTE: RAY-PEC SCHOOL DISTRICT ELEMENTARY AND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS GREEN SPACE IS AVAILABLE. (But, not RPSD High School soccer fields!) Thank You.  Also, please contact your Division Manager (U8+) for copy of Large Practice Field schedule. Feel free to trade, swap or share space w/others!  Practice Field reserved by schedule but first come, first serve on Saturdays. It is at 1011 S. Madison  Raymore, MO 64083 same as game fields!
